Clicking on the “+” sign next to the Agendex Accounts listbox opens the Add Account dialog.
The ID field is how the account will be named in the Agendex client.
The Email is the email address (not alias!) of the Exchange / Microsoft 365 mailbox. In order to be operational, an account must be Enabled. You can temporarily disable accounts you want to hide.
In the picture above, Agendex is an anonymous account, Events is the default, public account, Community is a public account, while Operations is a private account.
