Agendex stores your main configuration, user preferences, and other options in a small embedded database. If you lose this data, your Agendex instance will reset to its original, non-configured state. Although the basic system options are easy to set, users may be frustrated if they need to enter their preferences again.

Hence, we strongly advise that you create a data folder for Agendex on the server where it will be running and even back it up from time to time. Its size will rarely go above a few dozen megabytes.
